The Organizing Committee has had to change a long-standing registration policy. For many years, men have been able to register and pay later, or when they arrive. This worked for many years because Camp Hazen allowed us broad latitude in paying for the number of men in attendance. However, as with anything, times change. Camp Hazen now requires a firm attendance number 10 days before the gathering. This allows them to have sufficient food and have enough cabins ready.
What has happened, is that men who do not pay quite frequently do not show up and COMEGA ends up having to pay the camp fee for them. So, we are now asking men to pay for the weekend when they register.
If you apply for financial aid, we will work out payment details after your financial aid is awarded. If any of this causes a hardship in any way, please reach out to us at support@comega.org. We will always work to make attendance possible.
If, after paying, you need to cancel before we give the camp our final numbers or you have an emergency or significant issue like illness, we will of course work with you to refund your money.
So, for now, we only accept payment via card though we are planning to add the option to pay by Zelle in the near future.
